Healthy Summer Vacation Tips

Drive Safe, Not Fast

Get your car checked before hitting the road for any family vacation. For a safer ride, store heavier luggage and equipment in the truck or under the seats, so that they won’t become projectiles during sudden stops. But don’t forget to pack plenty of food and water. Always buckle up and make sure kids are strapped in properly in their carseats. Its easy to get excited and speed ahead to your summer vacation destination, but stopping for rest breaks is important. Driving too long without breaks can cause you to get sleepy and irritable toward other drivers.
