Rozlytrek is a prescription medication used to treat adults with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread to other parts of the body. Rozlytrek is also used to treat solid tumors caused by certain abnormal genes that have spread and there is no satisfactory alternative treatment option.

Rozlytrek belongs to a group of drugs called kinase inhibitors. These drugs work by interfering with kinase, a type of protein in the body that helps control cell division. This interferes with the ability of cancer cells to grow and divide.

This medication comes in capsule form. Rozlytrek is taken once daily, with or without food. Do not open, crush, chew or dissolve the capsule contents.

Common side effects include tiredness, constipation, changes in taste, nausea and vomiting. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery until you know how Rozlytrek affects you.
